These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “user”), and AppSalon Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 644 031 327), doing business as RentWiz (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the RentWiz website and informational tools.

By accessing the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

RentWiz is a research demonstration designed to assist users in navigating the NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010. The information provided by RentWiz is generated for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal advice. Users must not rely on RentWiz as a substitute for independent counsel from a qualified solicitor, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), or the Tenants’ Union of NSW.

4. AI Limitations and Liability

RentWiz utilises a Large Language Model to interpret and generate responses. While the system is designed to reference official NSW legislation, artificial intelligence models possess inherent limitations and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely fabricated information (hallucinations). You acknowledge that you use RentWiz strictly at your own risk. The operators of RentWiz hold no liability for any actions taken, or not taken, as a result of the information generated by this tool.

5. Acceptable Use

RentWiz is provided as a free public service. By accessing the tool, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model architecture or training data.
  • Engage in prompt-injection attacks or attempt to bypass the system’s safety and operational filters.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or submit bulk queries that degrade the performance of the service for other users.

Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party websites before using these sites.

7. Limitation Of Liability
